Aside

Good points to adapting a true story:

It would enhance the story line to make it more interesting.

It could widen the variety of audiences.

It might be able to make a story that is interesting but there is not much going on, seem more exciting.

Bad Points to adapting a true story:

True fans could realise some lies within the storyline.

It would cost more to make, for example, if SFX is in it to make it more interesting.

The changes made might be worse for the film rather than better. And could ruin a good story.

Anti-hero (misfit) Axle Hennigan.

Standard

Hennigan.

Age: 24

He lives in a one bedroom apartment in central London with his band members, trying to get big. He is the only one out of the four that has a real job outside of their band. He pays for food and the rents and bills. And only takes money from them when they have it to spare. He doesn’t complain, and loves spending time with three friends he’s known all his life.

This makes him the hero of the story because he is like a mother bird, protecting and providing for people that mean allot to him, even though he’d never say it.

His room mates, Nathan, Eloise and Milly. Have always leaned on him for support and have done since they were small.

Anti-Hero Questions

Standard

Who is the hero in this clip?

-Superman

How do we know?

-because he is saving people from destruction selflessly.

What heroic action does he take?

-he stops the plain from crashing into the baseball stadium, saving millions of lives.

Does anything negative happen, as a result of his actions? What? Give examples?

-There is not a jumbo jet in a stadium that will cost millions to get rid of. People on the plain may have been paralyzed in a result of being saved. Perhaps people would have preferred death to being paralyzed for the rest of their lives.ichigo   This particular anti-hero i thought applied, because he is a character that everyone thought was the villain, even the audience. And turned out to be one of the ‘good-guys’ the whole time.

This type of anti-hero i believe would be loved more than a hero such as superman. Because he sacrificed friends and loved ones, and being liked. To being universally despised, when he was a hero all along.
